CREATING LASTING POSITIVE IMPACT
Through its Maisons, employees and partners, LVMH is committed to playing an active role in addressing today’s major societal challenges. Across the Group, initiatives support inclusion, access to employment and education, the transmission of savoir-faire, local communities and solidarity with those most in need.
Present in 81 countries and deeply rooted in local communities, LVMH pursues a long-term approach driven by responsibility, local impact and collective commitment. In 2025, the Group’s Maisons supported more than 1,000 associations and foundations worldwide, contributing to initiatives that positively impacted more than 2.5 million people.
STRENGTHENING LOCAL IMPACT
Through its integrated model — from production to distribution — LVMH plays an active role in supporting the economic and social vitality of the regions where its Maisons operate. In France, the Group relies on a network of 117 manufacturing and craftsmanship ateliers across the country, helping preserve savoir-faire while supporting local employment.
LVMH also fosters innovation, entrepreneurship and local community development through a wide range of initiatives led by its Maisons. Veuve Clicquot continues to champion female entrepreneurship through its Bold Woman program, while Guerlain is expanding its Women for Bees initiative to support women beekeepers and biodiversity. Through Sephora and the Fifteen Percent Pledge initiative, the Group also supports brands founded by entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities.
PROMOTING EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT
LVMH is committed to supporting professional integration and equal opportunity through long-term partnerships, mentoring programs and dedicated initiatives for people facing barriers to employment. The Group continues to expand LIVE – L’Institut des Vocations pour l’Emploi – which supports individuals undergoing career transitions or who have been distanced from the job market over time.
LVMH also works closely with younger generations to encourage access to guidance, education and careers in creation, craftsmanship and client experience. In 2025, the You & ME event welcomed more than 10,300 visitors in France and Italy, showcasing over 4,500 professional opportunities.
The Group also continues to support cultural and educational initiatives rooted in local communities, notably through the Cultures & Création fashion show in Montfermeil, which helps nurture young talents through mentorship programs, internships and masterclasses.
SUPPORTING VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES
LVMH and its Maisons are committed to supporting vulnerable communities through solidarity initiatives, nonprofit partnerships and dedicated programs focused on health, childhood, inclusion and emergency relief. In 2025, initiatives led by the Group benefited more than 2.5 million people worldwide, thanks to the engagement of nearly 69,000 employees and the support of more than 1,000 partner associations and foundations.
This long-term commitment is reflected in the Group’s support for leading healthcare and medical research institutions, including Institut Curie, Fondation des Hôpitaux and Robert-Debré University Hospital, which LVMH has supported since 2011 in the fight against pediatric sickle cell disease. Across the Maisons, numerous local solidarity initiatives are also carried out, such as Dior Day for Good, which brings together employees around the world in support of local nonprofit and community causes.
