Last day of Les Journées Particulières! Since Friday, the doors of the Maisons have been opening to the public worldwide, revealing places and crafts usually hidden from view. And there is still plenty to see. From Parisian workshops to Champagne cellars, new encounters and experiences await visitors. Some locations are still accessible freely, without a reservation, subject to availability. One final opportunity to push open the doors of the Maisons and discover what happens inside, right alongside the people who bring them to life.
Visits started early in Asnières: back to the roots of the Art of Travel! In Asnières, where Louis Vuitton established its workshops in 1859, visitors trace the history of the Maison. In the historic trunk-making workshop, artisans pass down meticulous gestures, while the former family home reveals another side of this adventure. A rendezvous with history, just a few kilometers from Paris.

What does a terroir tell us? At Krug in Ambonnay, the answer lies particularly in the vineyards. The Maison takes visitors on a journey to discover the art of blending and aging, two essential steps in crafting its champagnes. A story of time, patience, and nuance that begins long before a bottle is ever opened.

Head for Longarone, at the foot of the Dolomites. Here, eyewear takes shape right before visitors' eyes. In Thélios's new Manifattura, metal is worked, shaped, and polished with remarkable precision. As visitors move through the workshops, the teams reveal the manufacturing stages of the frames, where cutting-edge machinery and meticulous craftsmanship go hand in hand. A whole new way of looking at your glasses.

How many stories can fit into a photograph? At Paris Match, the answer spans decades. Visitors step inside the magazine's photographic archives, which are usually closed to the public. Reportages, portraits, and major events: 75 years of images pass before their eyes, bearing witness to the moments that have shaped our collective memory. A deep dive behind the scenes of history through images.

A few letters, a lot of patience. Officine Universelle Buly, the cosmetics and perfumery Maison founded in 1803, has always cultivated a strong appreciation for beautiful forms and traditional craftsmanship—from bottles and labels to handwriting. At its Parisian headquarters, the teams are showcasing calligraphy: rediscovering the pleasure of forming a letter, mastering a stroke, and perfecting a signature. A welcome pause in a daily routine where we type on keyboards much more often than we write with a pen...

In Reims, Ruinart takes us underground. Carved into the chalk, the Maison's famous crayères invite enthusiasts on a journey through time along spectacular subterranean galleries. A unique heritage where the coolness of the stone has nurtured the aging of champagnes for generations.

In Rio de Janeiro, a century of glamour facing the Atlantic is brought together at the Copacabana Palace. This legendary Belmond property opened its doors to everyone for Les Journées Particulières. A story that began in 1923: Art Deco architecture, Hollywood celebrities, anecdotes of a hotel that has become legendary... the most curious visitors get a behind-the-scenes look at this iconic address. Who knows how many secrets these walls still have to tell?

At Château Cheval Blanc this afternoon, everything begins beneath the visitors' feet. Guests walk through the vineyard to understand how soil diversity influences the estate's wines. Then comes the cellar designed by Christian de Portzamparc, whose contemporary curves accompany another stage of the discovery: the blending of grape varieties. A matter of nuances, knowledge, and patience.
