Any employees or external stakeholders who have questions about how to interpret internal regulations or have any ethical concerns are invited to make this known or ask for advice. Stakeholders can contact their contact person(s) at LVMH.
In addition, any employee who is aware of a violation of applicable laws or regulations, of the LVMH Code of Conduct, or of the guidelines or policies of the Group or its Maisons, can report such situation to Human Resources or to their Maison’s Ethics and Compliance Correspondent.
In addition to these channels for raising ethical and other concerns, the Group’s employees and stakeholders have access to the LVMH Alert Line, an online interface that provides a fully confidential and secure way of reporting in good faith violations of the laws, regulations, or principles of internal conduct.
The Group ensures that no disciplinary sanction or retaliation is taken against persons who have made use of these channels in good faith or persons who have assisted the author of the report, even if the reported facts subsequently prove to be inaccurate or unfounded or do not give rise to any proceedings or penalties.
This interface is accessible via the following link: https://alertline.lvmh.com
