LVMH’s social responsibility strategy is long-term and puts men and women at the core of its initiatives. It is structured around a global road map that is deployed in numerous initiatives implemented worldwide by LVMH and its Maisons. The strategy is based on four principles: cultivate individuality, promote a safe, healthy work environment, excellence through expertise, and contribute to a better society.

Cultivating excellence
2024 OBJECTIVES - LVMH Métiers d’Excellence
Attract over 10,000 visitors to the “You & ME” job fair touring 5 cities in France and 3 in Italy.Raise awareness among over 1,700 junior high school students in France, Italy, and the US through the “Excellent !” program.Take on over 750 new apprentices at the Institut des Métiers d’Excellence (IME) in 7 countries.Extend the presence of the IME to a new country, taking the total to 8.
2024 RESULTS
The “You & ME” job fair was held in eight cities, meeting the qualitative objective.Over 5,300 junior high school students benefited from the “Excellent !” program, vastly exceeding the target set.500 new apprentices joined the IME in 2024, slightly below the target set.The IME now exists in 8 countries, after a branch was opened in China.Since 2014, over 3,300 apprentices have been trained by the institute.73% of people graduating from the IME joined one of the Group’s Maisons or their partners.
