Position

  • Implement category & brand strategies, support APAC rollout of innovations, annual brand plans & marketing calendar
  • Adapt marketing program toolkits and assets, support creation of APAC marketing program toolkits and assets.
  • Support the collaboration with Digital Marketing team to execute the digital calendar across the region
  • Support sharing of guidance and approvals, help review implementation plans from Retail Marketing team
  • Provide marketing support to Sales Team to help achieve commercial targets.
  • Help track the regional A&P budget.

Profile

  • Minimum BA Degree holder
  • Fluent in English due to the regional scope
  • 2 years of continuous uninterrupted working experience in Marketing within FMCG / Luxury; preferably Wine & Spirits industry
  • Able to collaborate with other stakeholders who are geographically dispersed
  • Good understanding of digital, consumer journey and consumer experience
  • Solution and results driven, responsible and independent with initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and creative
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities outside a defined job scope

Additional information

As the Retail Regional Marketing - VIE, you will be responsible for the implementation of category and brand strategies, supporting APAC rollout of innovations, and adaption of marketing toolkits. You will also collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to execute the digital calendar and provide guidance on implementation plans. Additionally, you will offer marketing support to the Sales Team, aiding in achieving commercial targets, and tracking of the regional A&P budget. Your role is pivotal in driving impactful marketing campaigns and ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
