"12 Vendôme", classicism meets modernity

With its latest collection, presented at the XXVI Biennale des Antiquaires Art Fair held at the Grand Palais from September 14-23, Chaumet captures the spirit of 12, place Vendôme. This address, the Maison’s private mansion, is the site of Chaumet’s historic salons, museum, workshop and creative studio.

Under the Grand Palais’ stunning glass roof, Chaumet displays its fine jewelry collection "12 Vendôme" comprised of twelve contemporary pieces created for the Biennale. These matching jewelry sets, numbered 1 to 12, combine French classicism and modernity and embody the style and excellence of 12 Vendôme. They evoke Parisian elegance with a hint of irreverence.

The collection stuns - from the princess’ set that opens the ball to the impertinent aigrette, crowned with the blaze of an incredible white opal. Tiaras, sautoirs or extra-long necklaces, and rings are bejeweled with emeralds, sapphires, rubies, the purest diamonds and the most delicate jade. Exceptional pieces that take ones breathe away.
