Chandon California restaurant gets star


"étoile" at Domaine Chandon California has been awarded a coveted Michelin star for its innovative, wine-inspired cuisine. Situated in idyllic Napa valley, the restaurant’s unique position within a winery allows daily collaboration between the culinary team and Domaine Chandon winemakers.

Chef Perry Hoffman literally grew up in kitchens and has been cooking since the age of four. He has been at étoile since 2007. Just 25 years old, the Napa Valley native has now become the youngest recipient of a prestigious Michelin Star in the United States.
