BASELWORLD 2011: ZENITH REVISITS COLLECTIONS
Zenith unveiled five new models in its iconic collections Baselworld 2011 – the World Watch and Jewelry Show. The Stratos Flyback Striking 10th, a worthy successor to the Rainbow Flyback model developed for the French Air Force in 1997, combines demanding standards, reliability, robustness and elegance.
Designed to operate under even the most extreme conditions, it features the famous El Primero caliber, as well as the "Flyback" function (a single button to stop, reset and restart the chronograph function). Combining traditional watchmaking and an audacious contemporary take, Zenith has also reinterpreted the Chronomaster Open with its latest Chronomaster Open Power Reserve model.
With an opening at 10 o’clock showing the heart of the mythic El Primero movement, and calling on 150 years of watchmaking expertise, the Chronomaster Open Power Reserve clearly affirms its avant-garde design and high-performance technology.
Zenith’s Captain collection is adding three new models coupling clean, refined lines with masculine elegance, each offering a new function: the Captain Power Reserve, the Captain Grand Date Moonphase, and the Captain Dual Time. Zenith continues to combine technological prowess and avant-garde design, further cementing its reputation as the visionary master watchmaker.
