The “Side by Side” gift set from Dom Pérignon proposes an incredible tasting experience with two exceptional bottles: Dom Pérignon Vintage 1995 and Dom Pérignon Oenothèque 1995. Produced from the same harvest, they have been aged sur lie for different maturities: 7 years for the Vintage, 13 for the Oenothèque.

A tasting of the two wines reveals shared qualities. On the nose are notes of biscuit , lemon zest and black cherry. On the palate the champagnes have powerful fruit. But while the Dom Pérignon Oenothèque has a floral, vivacious character, the Dom Pérignon Vintage is more mature and full-bloomed.
