For Loewe, Stuart Vevers composes variations on ultra luxurious leather. Tumbled, tooled, moulded or pleated, leather gives way to the Artistic Director’s every whim for featherweight creations in sober lines and dark tones. This show reaffirms the charismatic allure of the Loewe woman.

The Madrid fashion house does leather like no other. Asymmetrical capes, dresses worked like lace, and leather and wool varsity jackets are paired with moiré leather circle skirts. Trench coats and suits are tooled in neoprene-weight leather, while long-hair furs feature graduated tinting. Truly exceptional know-how.
