For Fall/Winter 2010 RTW, Phoebe Philo updates Céline with a collection expressing a mastery of modernity. Referencing the enduring codes of grand classics, she imposes a timeless minimalism. With precision and a radical refinement, Phoebe Philo composes a perfect wardrobe influenced by subtle 70s touches.

Deep pleated skirts were slightly lengthened and leather pockets were stitched to lengthy dark tunics. The sober palette was confined to tones of navy, white and black. Reconnecting with the canons of ultra-contemporary seduction, the emblematic Parisienne Céline displayed an elegant burst of luxury.
