LVMH sells Canard-Duchêne

LVMH, the world’s leading luxury products group, has sold Canard-Duchêne to the Alain Thiénot group. This transaction is part of LVMH’s strategy to concentrate on its leading brands.

Moët Hennessy, a subsidiary of LVMH, the world leader in cognac and champagne, with brands such as Hennessy, Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot, Krug, Ruinart and Mercier, will concentrate its investments on its larger brands in order to continue to win new areas of the market in the strategic luxury wines and spirits sector.
