Position
The Retail Support Coordinator will work closely with the Headquarter Retail Team, partnering also with all Stores and Headquarter functions.
Main activities:
- Be responsible for analyzing data in order to create key asset for the Retail strategies within the markets.
Support the Retail Director, Retail Team and the Store Managers by providing weekly & monthly retail-oriented dashboards to help them monitor their teams and targets. - Be the key-user for the internal Tools used in the cluster and train the retail teams on a monthly basis on the new features and improvements, to make the most of the tool.
- Coordinate all clienteling reporting and support tools for the retail teams to ensure data capture, frequency, and retention KPIs are being achieved.
- Partner with the market’s Retail Team to create a high-performance clienteling culture, capabilities and programs to inspire our retail teams to proactively build strong relationships with their clients, aimed at increasing customer loyalty and life time value.
- Support the Retail Learning Manager to identify learning action plan to maximise clienteling skills, selling skills and elevate the Client Experience
- Work on the filed (in boutique) to support daily activities related with the implementation of Retail & Operations projects.
Requirements:
- VIE requirement: International profile (not Italian citizen)
- Previous experience in retail (both on the field and HQ)
- Good understanding of retail stores processes and procedures
- Previous experience in data analysis
- Desire to grow in a dynamic environment
- Strong networking skills, with ability to build rapport quickly
- Flexibility to travel in the stores of the cluster (Italy, Spain, Turkey)
- Fluent in English, Italian will be a valuable plus
- Available to relocate in Milan
