Position

The Compensation Analyst will report to and partner closely with the Senior C&B and HR Operations Manager to ensure the highest level of compensation practices within LVMH Fashion Group (Celine, Givenchy, Pucci, Loewe, and Kenzo). This role will be responsible for conducting pay and performance analysis, as well as assisting with budgeting, annual compensation reviews, and reporting. This position will consult and collaborate with the Finance team, HRBP’s and Payroll to meet the compensation requirements of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation

  • Support Senior Manager C&B and HR Operations by assisting with all compensation initiatives including annual budgeting (R1/R2), strategic plans and annual reviews (ICR)
  • Conducts special projects for ad hoc compensation analyses across a variety of areas, including incentive compensation, bonus plans and sales compensation
  • Respond to internal ad-hoc requests related to compensation
  • Participate in annual market salary surveys for retail luxury and corporate markets

Systems and Reporting

  • Support HRIS data integrity and compliance by running audits and tracking changes across different platforms on a regular basis
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data for compensation survey participation
  • Support HR reporting, analytics, and HR KPI tracking
  • Complete all reporting for Finance, Headquarters: FTE & Headcount reports, vacancies vs budget
  • Ensure all reports are processed and distributed within the timelines

Payroll

  • Support Payroll Administrator acting a payroll support back up

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner
  • Experience in business analytics and reporting
  • Advanced-level experience with MS Excel
  • Experience with MS Access Database is a plus
  • Experience joining data from multiple sources
  • Familiarity with HR processes, systems, tools, and programs (experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or UltiPro is a plus)
  • Able to work independently and take initiative

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000- $85,000(annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
