Position

Fresh offers a hybrid working schedule with three fixed days in office, and two days remote. This role is based in our New York City Office.

The North America Business Planning team oversees Sales Planning & Budgeting, Regional Trade Supply Planning and Demand Forecasting, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships across the North American business, inclusive of Sales, Digital, Marketing, Finance, Global and Wholesale partners. The team strives to develop Retail Sales targets, analyzing business and developing actions to maximize opportunities while mitigating risks to the business.

Your Impact to the role:

  • Responsible for effectively ensuring the right levels of inventory at Wholesale accounts to achieve sales targets while maintaining inventory goals
  • Monitor and achieve targeted In Stock/Presence rates at wholesale accounts
  • Monitor and manage optimal inventory for each channel(Brick and Mortar vs. Ecommerce)
  • Effectively manage inventory levels by reviewing inventory turn, in stocks, WOS, sell thru and sales trend and develop tactics to mitigate forecast fluctuations
  • Accurately forecast and maintain a yearly key item forecast for the top SKUs for respective key accounts, projecting sales, receipts, and inventory with a targeted WOS. Partner with the Senior Manager of Supply Planning to roll up to a North America total. Collaborate with Sr Manager, Demand Planning to align “bottom up” forecast with “top down”
  • Maintain order book daily/weekly to ensure monthly shipment forecasts are achieved. Communicate variances and partner with Sr. Manager of Wholesale Planning and Account Management team to develop solutions to maximize opportunities and minimize risks
  • Publish weekly/monthly retail sales performance by retailers
  • Maintain weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports to supportanalysis and forecasting

Your impact in your first year:

  • Develop and ensure high service level targets across all retailers and channels
  • Partner with retail planning teams to identify geo-targeted opportunities while developing solutions to minimize liabilities

Profile

WHO YOU ARE

You have:

  • 3-4 Years of Experience Required in Merchandise Planning, Buying, Retail Planning, Inventory Management and/or Allocation
  • Experience with weekly/monthly SKU-level assortment planning is highly recommended
  • Strong business acumen and financial aptitude who is commercially astute and profit-driven
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills with understanding of Retail Math
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field such as Business Administration or Finance
  • Experience with weekly/monthly SKU-level assortment planning is highly recommended

You can:
