Position
Assist the Financial Controller for the two main activities:
- Management of the shared costs between the LVMH and Agache affiliates (circa 20 companies)
- Financial activities of the Real Estate companies (10 companies) and their holding companies
Essential Duties :
- Book entries, maintenance of the general ledgers;
- Prepare payments to vendors and perform regular treasury position reconciliation;
- Reinvoicing of the Shared costs to the LVMH/Agache affiliates
- Invoicing of Sublease to the LVMH/Agache affiliates
- For Real Estate companies, rent payment monitoring and services charges collection
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual IFRS financial reporting packages to the head office within deadlines (P&L, B/S, CFS, CAPEX and tax);
- Prepare budget, révisés and forecast (P&L and Cash Flow)
- Draft annual LuxGAAP Financial Statements and coordinate with external auditors;
- With the support of internal and external advisors prepare Luxembourg and foreign tax compliance (VAT and Income tax);
- Prepare Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings
Profile
- Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
- First experience/internship in an international company or a big 4 firm; IFRS knowledge is a strong asset
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Highly organized
- Fluent in French and English
- Analytical, numerate and accurate with good attention to details
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and experience working with ERP systems (SAP) preferred
Working conditions : physical working conditions, percentage of travel, hours, supervisory responsibilities, etc.
Travels in France and UK punctually (<5%)
Potential Career Development : Position within the company to a financial controller position or move into an affiliate company in a financial/operations position.
