LVMH Group Sourcing VIE Responsible for the management the following functions: sourcing, supplier relations, contracting, etc. fully and autonomously for multiple categories.

Cross-Functional Partnership
- Manages the capturing and centralizing of Maison’s Key Priorities
- Manages the collective road map process.
- Support and Participate in Local coordination need (Preparation & Execution)
Tracking Management: Responsible for the tracking, facilitation, and target of contracts (and/or clear communication to stakeholders of real time project status – highlighting any projects at risk) for all projects within scope.
SRM: Own supply base, execute quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (Formal Scorecard Process required). Ensure Supplier Performance meets LVMH’s service level expectations. Develop Supplier Mapping and Tiered system by category to be prepared for a full range (simple, risky, strategic, etc.) of project management. Responsible for the sourcing of new suppliers delivering innovation, sustainability, social accountability etc. to the Maison’s.
