Mission Statement

  • Structure and analyze data to provide the team with recommendations to growth the business
  • Identify opportunities to increase Sales, Market share, ranking and sell-out in each country
  • Monitor budget on a monthly basis and manage invoice process
  • Contribute to the retail premiumization of the airport business

Supporting a growing Sales Team across the region (5 Regional Operation Managers and + 37 Sales Ambassadors)

 

Main Responsabilities

Support the commercial team in:

  • Monitor closely Sell In & Sell Out and provide performance report by market to ensure business excellence, sustainable growth, and better accuracy of supply chain flows
  • Market Intelligence: gather and analyze information related to the industry (market size, domestic RSP, distribution, pricing, launch results, ranking) and contribute to improve market share and sell-out to provide educated recommendations.
  • Support with customer business reviews, budget meeting, internal presentations, and market visits to maximize all business aspects (profitability, space & location, distribution, new product listing, promotions and more).
  • Pro-actively work with the multi-functional team to ensure excellent execution of the sales plans

Work closely with Finance & Operations & Marketing teams

 


Profile

Education: Degree holder in Business Administration Languages: Fluent English is a must. Spanish & French are extremely useful.

Professional experience & know how:

  • Comfortable with budget planning and forecasting
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
  • Experience of handling large amounts of data
  • Interest in Travel Retail and on Wines and Spirits Market

 

Technical & management skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to create sophisticated spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Good organizational and time management skills
