Reporting to the Europe zone Business Planner, you will be in charge of the following missions:
Demand Forecast
- Built and run monthly demand forecast (Retail + E-commerce + Wholesale) at SKU/Collection/Forecasting country level
- Collaborate with each country to sharpen the forecast and co-validate at a monthly basis
- Prepare and participate at S&OP meetings
- Consolidate Best Estimate
- Guarantee alignment between Budget and Forecast
- Track Forecast KPIs (Demand accuracy, Bias…)
Reportings
- Sales and stock analysis (direct and indirect)
- Product performance analysis, especially on best sellers
- Novelties follow up
- Ad hoc analysis
Continuous improvement
- Define and implement new tools
- Improve existing tools on Excel & PowerBI
- Key user Anaplan Forecasting tool
Profile
- Education: Master’s degree
- Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience in Demand Planning or within a Supply Chain department
- Skills: Analytical, rigorous, reliable, Interpersonal skills, proactive, team player, ability to convince and work with different stakeholders, product sensibility
- Languages: Fluent in English, German/Spanish/French would be a plus
- IT skills: good command of Excel, PowerBI, Anaplan is a plus
