Reporting to the Europe zone Business Planner, you will be in charge of the following missions:

Demand Forecast

  • Built and run monthly demand forecast (Retail + E-commerce + Wholesale) at SKU/Collection/Forecasting country level
  • Collaborate with each country to sharpen the forecast and co-validate at a monthly basis
  • Prepare and participate at S&OP meetings
  • Consolidate Best Estimate
  • Guarantee alignment between Budget and Forecast
  • Track Forecast KPIs (Demand accuracy, Bias…)

Reportings

  • Sales and stock analysis (direct and indirect)
  • Product performance analysis, especially on best sellers
  • Novelties follow up
  • Ad hoc analysis

Continuous improvement

  • Define and implement new tools
  • Improve existing tools on Excel & PowerBI
  • Key user Anaplan Forecasting tool

Profile

  • Education: Master’s degree
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience in Demand Planning or within a Supply Chain department
  • Skills: Analytical, rigorous, reliable, Interpersonal skills, proactive, team player, ability to convince and work with different stakeholders, product sensibility
  • Languages: Fluent in English, German/Spanish/French would be a plus
  • IT skills: good command of Excel, PowerBI, Anaplan is a plus
