Position Summary:

Reporting to the Training Director of the Americas, you are responsible to deliver outstanding training sessions for Boutique Managers, Account Executives and Area Sales Managers. You will drive adoption and utilization for both wholesale and retail channels according to the global and regional training strategies. You are the central link to several other departments to influence and represent the customer experience, the brand, and product training needs.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with HQ and local teams, you will assess the landscape to identify the best retail practices to drive excellence in customer experience
  • Design and deliver training sessions within priority and focused markets (online and offline) that encourages and educates both local trainers and boutique staff
  • Partner with Commercial Team to identify product knowledge needs and collaborate to deliver appropriate training
  • Monthly and weekly Analysis reporting
  • Management of E-learning platform key performance indicators including communication to all channels per learner per POS.
  • Digital learning platform technical support for all users
  • Support TAG Heuer Onboarding Program, partnering with Key Managers for enrollment to the digital platform and any additional training needs.
  • Coordinate venue/travel logistics for all in-person trainings. Work with LVMH Travel and TAG Heuer Americas Finance Team
  • Build, lead, and analyze operational training documents (registration, attendance, and surveys) for all trainings both virtual and in-person.
  • Lead one of the following Areas of Responsibility: Brand & Product, Customer Experience, Wholesale

Your profile:

  • Creative when it comes to training didactic, content design, and delivery offline and online.
  • A retail expert who embodies best practices because you possess in-depth knowledge of the retail world and its codes and have experience of training boutique staff on all aspects of an exceptional customer experience.
  • Have a true passion for people and learning, while encouraging others
  • Hardworking and promote a positive and engaging environment within your team, as well as in training sessions.
  • Your love for speaking publicly in front of others and communicating with different audiences comes naturally for you
  • Have an eye for detail and know how to take the vital initiatives to advance your projects in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of mobile platform applications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • The position can be based out of Miami, FL or Springfield, NJ
  • Proficient in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese or any other language is a plus
  • 70% of travel both international & domestic
  • 5 years’ experience in retail and/or retail training, experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Detail oriented and strategic with excellent planning skills
  • Organized, good communicator, energetic and business oriented.
  • MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with PowerBI
