CRO MANAGER CDD 6 months (H/F)

The CRO PROJECT MANAGER (Conversion Rate Optimization) will analyze customer journeys in order to optimize conversions and micro-conversions on our TAGHEUER.COM website.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategy: increase the % of users who perform a desired action = making a purchase, filling in a form, booking an appointment...
  • Measure and audit digital performance (especially the conversion funnel) and apply CRO best practices before implementing a more segmented, clustered, user-centric approach.
  • Build & pilot AB tests roadmap while monitoring relevant KPIs determined in advance of launches (e.g. bounce rate, conversion rate, add to cart, etc.)
  • Carry out analytical management of tests in progress.
  • Measure performance achieved vs. expected, considering the confidence level of the test.
  • Key contact of UX design team & customer experience tool referent

 


Profile

  • 3 years of proven experience in a similar position or a position with conversion optimization as key goal & KPI.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CONTENTSQUARE is required.
  • Solid understanding of online retailing.
  • Proven track record utilizing strong problem solving and analytical skills to understand business challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments concurrently and deliver on commitments.
  • Self-Starter with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure in a challenging fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to contribute to building a positive team spirit.
  • English & French language required.
