POSITION SUMMARY: The function of this role is to implement, track, and optimize client centric digital and media strategies across the Americas territory (North, Central, South America, Caribbean, Travel Retail). You should be able to demonstrate deep knowledge of media and the digital ecosystem e.g. social platforms as well as integrate an exciting approach to leverage channels in order to provide a flawless client experience. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to the VP of Marketing. This position has one direct report; Sr. Manager of Digital & Media. STRENGTHS FOR SUCCESS: - The TAG Heuer Digital & Media Director Americas leads the strategic development and implementation of consumer-centric brand marketing and supports program execution across channels including: Paid Media and Owned Media - Social, TAGHeuer.com, CRM & E-Retail. - Key focus of ensuring synergy across brand touchpoints resulting in an engaging and frictionless consumer experience - Ability to analyze consumer data and develop programs that create brand loyalty and drive repeat purchases. Understanding of return on investment – ability to assess impact on business of marketing initiatives - Demonstrate leadership by effectively gets things done through formal channels and informal networks - Creative ability to generate new ideas and influence marketing efficiency - Work on integrated campaigns and show strong understanding of culture ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Media: - Translate and optimize design targets into media audiences - Develop client centric media strategies with clear and measurable plans - Lead Media Planning/Buying Agency to bring to life strategies in line with brand goals/challenges - Implement, measure and report performance of campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Optimize media investments (branding and performance) - Lead all aspects of the development of branded content and integrated media partnerships Social Media: - Lead Social Team Day to day relationship and collaborate with brand teams and omnichannel lead to bring objectives to life via Social strategy and execution - Develop monthly content calendar for organic presence in partnership with Social and HQ Team - Ensure consistent and accurate reporting and optimization across platforms - Collaborate with HQ digital partners to ensure consistency across the Globe while finding new multifaceted and innovative social content opportunities - Support, and at times lead on-the-ground experiential social content to capture and promote - Represent Digital Team as key member of IAT as the social expert Consumer Journey: - Develop a collaborative cross channel approach delivering the strongest overall consumer experience - Implement seamless and personalized journeys across TAG Heuer paid, owned connection points and retail. TAG Heuer.com: -Collaborate with E-commerce Lead and HQ to implement local campaigns on TAGHeuer.com - Partner with HQ and provide input for improving the usability, design and content of the brand website CRM: - Build CRM content calendar aligned with business and marketing priorities - Continue to grow and expand database through lead gen efforts

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: -Willingness to work hands on to develop the strategy and implement plans - Ability to work in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment - Ability to proactively prioritize, lead and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints and with strong attention to detail - Proven analytical skills and leadership skills. - Strong business communication and writing skills, and excellent presentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and strong PowerPoint. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - 8-10 years marketing experience required (incl. Integrated Marketing) - Digital marketing and media experience required - Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications Pay Range: $160,000-$195,000* *The Rate of Pay offered will be dependent upon relevant skills and experiences.
