About This Role:

The Store Planning & Visual Merchandising Manager at TAG Heuer plays a crucial role in shaping the brand's retail experience and ensuring consistency and excellence across more than 40 points of sale (POS), including TAG Heuer owned boutiques and franchise boutiques. Reporting to General Manager, the Store Planning & VM Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of store planning, layout design, and visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand presence, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of store planning strategies, including space utilization, layout design, and store fixtures, to optimize the shopping environment and maximize sales potential across TAG Heuer owned boutiques and franchise boutiques.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of visual merchandising guidelines, including window displays, product presentations, and in-store activations, to showcase TAG Heuer's product range and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, marketing, and sales, to align store planning and visual merchandising strategies with overall business objectives and brand initiatives.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess compliance with visual merchandising standards, provide feedback and guidance to store teams, and ensure consistency and excellence across all POS.
  • Manage store planning projects, including new store openings, renovations, and refurbishments, from concept development to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Partner with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials, fixtures, and visual merchandising props that meet TAG Heuer's quality standards and brand aesthetic.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, retail innovations, and best practices in store planning and visual merchandising to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the retail environment.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, health and safety regulations, and ethical standards in all store planning and visual merchandising activities.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in store planning, layout design, and visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury retail industry or related sectors.
  • Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer behavior to inform store planning and visual merchandising strategies.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for store visits, project meetings, and training sessions as required.
