About This Role:

The Marketing & Communications Director for TAG Heuer South Korea will be instrumental in driving the brand's marketing and communication strategies, ensuring the company's sustained success in the South Korean market. Reporting directly to the General Manager - South Korea, this role will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns and communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and uphold TAG Heuer's esteemed reputation as a premier luxury watch brand in South Korea.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote TAG Heuer products and services, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth in the South Korean market.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, retail, and product teams, to align marketing strategies with overarching business objectives and support product launches and promotions.
  • Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including advertising materials, brochures, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and ROI to optimize marketing spend and maximize results.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers, to leverage partnerships and amplify marketing efforts.
  • Lead the development and execution of public relations and communication strategies to manage brand reputation, handle crisis communication, and engage with media and stakeholders effectively.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably within the luxury goods industry or related sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and communication strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean languages (both verbal and written) to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders in South Korea.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI to optimize marketing spend and drive business results.
  • Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques to identify consumer insights and market opportunities.
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop compelling marketing messages and content that resonate with target audiences.
