Position

JOB PURPOSE:

The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. The After Sales trainee is responsible for providing support to the boutiques and corporate teams to drive exemplary client experience in all areas of After Sales. In working closely with their assigned department, the trainee ensures that all company policies and requirements are in alignment when handling after-sales activities. The trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives and projects and manages after-sales service requests for repairs, quality control, personalization, spare part requests, defects, and local destruction in the after-sales system while ensuring the accuracy of the information. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results and present a project to the Executive Leadership Team.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the execution of repair ticket management within after-sales tools
  • Monitor and perform daily activities in the system and work with boutiques and repair centers and headquarters as needed
  • Perform technical evaluations, and quality inspections across all categories, provide estimates and feedback/solutions for the after-sales service requests in a timely manner
  • Manually enter and update quality inspection reports/data in the Dior database
  • Provide full support updating boutiques on each kind of potential issue (lead time of spare parts, technical issues, etc.) that can have an impact on customer satisfaction
  • Perform spare parts order management by locating style information for all merchandise in the service system to ensure the best lead-time to the client as well as efficient inventory management
  • Ensure the integrity of the data input by the boutiques in order to optimize and increase the efficacy of the after-sales service flow
  • Provide accurate and adequate information to headquarters relating to quality issues and potential credit notes
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure the quality of repairs
  • Support Embroidery Technician(s) with administrative work and/or shipping
  • Monitor inbound shipments and provide full support following up with boutiques on outstanding personalization’s that could impact customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for coding CARE Services invoices
  • Provide and update monthly reporting on CARE Services initiatives
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed including visits to our boutiques and warehouse

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full-time, 12 Month Program
  • Must be available M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
  • At least 6 months of prior experience in Customer Service/After Sales services or transferable skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Able to travel 40-50% of the time to external vendors and warehouse
  • Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury goods, fabrics, materials, and construction
  • Independent and autonomous, fast learner, attention to detail, and team player
  • Able to work under pressure, work in a fast-paced environment, takes initiatives and follow-through practices

Profile

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
