Position
OVERALL MISSION:
You will be part of the accounting team of the Benelux & Nordics region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton retail world in the Brussels based head-office. You will provide operational support to the stores and will gain a deep insight of our network. You will learn how to follow a retail activity with high standards of performance and will enjoy the energy and spirit of a small & dynamic and multitask team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Accounting Team of Benelux & Nordics in charge of 7 countries and give administrative support to the stores of the region.
- Handling invoices processing, bank reconciliationsand sales reconciliations.
- Assisting in various declarations, reporting and closing
- Participation in improvement of standard processes
- Support in audit documents request.
- Participation in various projects
- Contact with external parties (suppliers, stores, other business partners,…etc)
Profile
- Strong command of English, knowledge of at least one regional language is an advantage (French or Nordics languages).
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Extensive analytical and advanced organizational skills; ownership.
- Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details.
- Proactivity, flexibility, and initiative essential.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Start Date: Internship starting in June 2024 for 6 to 12 months.
- Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux & Nordics Head Office (Brussels, Belgium)
- Mandatory: Internship convention provided by universities.
