The Trade CRM Specialist is a change enablement role with a blend of both strategic and operational responsibilities. As an analytical leader with operational experience, this role’s primary responsibilities include building and using Trade CRM analytics for the service of enabling MHUSA’s next stage of B2B CRM capabilities. The role is a cross-functional role working with multiple internal as well as external partners to achieve successful business outcomes. This role leads standard process Trade CRM Analytics which supports MHUSA’s continued dedication to using data & analytics in all business decision making.

MHUSA’s Trade CRM platform combines Salesforce on the front-end and Power BI for data visualization on the back end. It is known internally as ASPIRE.


Profile

Trade CRM Performance Optimization

    • Critical to the success of the ASPIRE program, the Trade CRM Specialist will enable the key feedback loops for both Commercial and Strategic Planning teams in terms of which programs and activations are successful at driving business outcomes. Performance optimization includes, and is not limited to: performance dashboarding, optimization analysis, and root cause analysis
  • Activation Strategy
    • In addition to understanding what actions have driven successful outcomes, this role will also find new opportunities and patterns of actions which lead to success. In partnership with the Commercial and Strategy teams, the Specialist will conduct exploratory analyses to co-create data driven activation plans.
  • Training & Support
    • The Trade CRM Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new users as well as supporting the rollout of ASPIRE to other teams within the Commercial organization. In this capacity, the Trade CRM Specialist will take the lead on crafting training documentation in PowerPoint, videos, one-page how-to guides and other materials as requested. This role will play a key role in the ongoing implementation and adoption of ASPIRE, including daily user support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experimentation & Research
    • To support the continuous improvement and learning of the ASPIRE program, the Trade CRM Specialist will also partner with Commercial and Strategy teams to conduct experiments based on the Activation Strategies and analysis. Additionally, as measurement needs emerge related to Aspire, the Specialist will also support building research agendas, measurement programs, and end to end support of learning plans.
  • Data Stewardship
    • To ensure high quality data going into ASPIRE, the Specialist will also serve as the key go-to team member for addressing data anomalies and working with Data & IT teams to build additional data hygiene and management capabilities.
  • Data & Analytics Practitioner Enthusiast
    • To support the building of the Analytics practitioner community at MHUSA via: active participation in analytics communities, connecting and supporting other team members within MHUSA by sharing standard processes, and helping to educate business collaborators on the value of data in delivering upon MHUSA’s 2030 goals

  • Bachelor’s degree required


Professional Experience

  • 2+ years of professional work experience


Practical/Technical Knowledge

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
