DIOR Retail Apprentice
Parfums Christian Dior is actively seeking dedicated individuals to join the Retail Team as an Apprentice.
Location: London.
What Qualification Will I Gain: In this role as Retail Apprentice you will be working towards being a Team Leader whilst studying towards your Level 3 Retail Team Leader qualification.
Programme Duration: 12-15 months
Contract Duration: 18 months fixed term
Salary: £19,000 (year 1), £20,000 (year 2)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours, spread over 5 days fully flexible.
Mission
As a Retail Apprentice for Parfums Christian Dior, you will be an active brand ambassador. In your role you will be immersed into the beautiful world of Christian Dior, learning all about Dior’s heritage, iconic products and ways of selling. You will also actively support the Account Manager and Area Manager to ensure Dior’s values are always transmitted to the client.
Main Responsibilities
- Be an expert on all of our Dior products, utilising our training programmes to allow you to sell and meet sales targets.
- Being self-aware of the luxury service delivered to our clients to gain their loyalty.
- Be a brand ambassador both internally and externally to influence the rest of the team.
- Support Team management to ensure that all execution goes smoothly, including but not limited to Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Support Team management by communicating on any stock issues, completing any administrative or operational tasks, which could include low level employee relations and KPI tracking (key product indicators)
- Be a project lead in implementing events such as store masterclasses, from start to finish, supporting appointment bookings in line with CRM communication & Dior connect, working closely with the Head Office Team.
-Adhere to all Company and Store policies and guidelines.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Team management team.
This role will report into the Area Manager of the relevant area.

Education
Maths & English GCSE’s (C or 5), or equivalent in Functional Skills
3 A-Level’s A* - C
Experience in Retail is desired but not required.
