About This Role:

The Retail Operations Executive/Senior Executive will play a vital role in providing operational support to the retail business and ensuring the brand's success in the South Korean market. Reporting to the Retail Manager - South Korea, this role will initially report to the Sales Director for a transitional period, serving as a key link between the retail team and the leadership.

The Retail Operations Executive/Senior Executive will assist in overseeing a network of more than 10 own boutiques, focusing on optimizing stock management, enhancing operational efficiency, and upholding TAG Heuer's esteemed reputation as a premier luxury watch brand in South Korea.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Retail Manager in overseeing the operational aspects of retail operations for TAG Heuer in South Korea, including more than 10 own boutiques, to achieve revenue targets and maintain profitability.
  • Assist in optimizing stock management processes, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock movements, to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams to align retail strategies with overarching business objectives and marketing initiatives during the transitional period.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of stock movements, sales data, and retail operations to identify opportunities for improvement and provide insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products to boutiques and support sales operations.
  • Support the Retail Manager in providing guidance and training to boutique staff on operational processes, including stock management procedures and retail operations best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to stock management and retail operations to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and ethical standards across all retail operations in South Korea.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing operational support to retail operations, preferably within the luxury watch or high-end retail sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stock and retail operations efficiently, including inventory control and logistics coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and boutique staff.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean languages (both verbal and written) to facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and navigate business operations in South Korea.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and stock management principles, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and logistics coordination.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
