Position

About This Role:
As the HR Business Partner at TAG Heuer, reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be integral to translating the brand's strategies into actionable plans and executing them effectively. You will collaborate closely with both the local team and the commercial team, including more than 20 TAG Heuer boutiques, to ensure alignment with HR programs, policies, and initiatives that propel the organization towards its objectives. Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Spearhead talent acquisition efforts for both office and boutique staff, actively participating in the recruitment and selection process. Develop and nurture a robust talent pipeline within the industry, specifically focusing on retail personnel for our boutiques.


Employee Engagement
Collaborate with stakeholders such as the Retail team and Boutiques to implement effective communication strategies and identify areas for improvement based on employee engagement activities. Support the delivery of local and global initiatives that reinforce organizational culture and values, including induction programs and diversity and inclusion activities tailored for our retail environment.


HR Operations
Oversee HR operations, including payroll management on a monthly basis, generating reports and providing analysis on employee statistics. Handle HR administrative duties and contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned. Serve as a key user for HR system applications, ensuring retail-specific needs are met for more than 20 TAG Heuer boutiques.


Performance Management
Implement and oversee performance management processes tailored for retail staff, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Provide guidance and support to boutique managers and staff on performance-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and values.


Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator in employee relations matters within our retail environment, fostering positive working relationships and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise specifically in our boutiques. Collaborate with boutique management to promote a culture of respect, fairness, and open communication, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.


Profile

Requirements

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within the Watches and/or Jewelry category, with a focus on retail operations.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated business partnering skills in a retail environment.
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to balance hands-on tasks with strategic thinking, particularly in a retail setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, with experience supporting multiple retail locations.
  • Thorough knowledge of local employment law with a pragmatic approach to HR and the ability to find commercial solutions aligned with best practices and firm strategy, especially in a retail context.
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in written and spoken English and Korean.
