Position

About This Role:

The IT Manager for TAG Heuer Korea will be in relation with our IS&T central team in HQ. The position will coordinate all IT infrastructure and project basis activities for TAG Heuer Korea: Boutiques, SAV (After Sales Service), Office & 3PL. After successful integration of projects, the position will have regular support of properties. The position will report to directly Sr. Finance & Operations Manager and also have 1 direct report.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the entire TAG Heuer Korea’s infrastructure and enterprise applications along with HQ IT and business leads
  • Creation, set-up and implementation of IT Ecosystem in TAG Heuer Korea
  • Software and Hardware provisioning
  • Collaborate with HQ in the deployment of IT solutions in Korea (for example: standardization of technical platforms, Windows 11, etc.)
  • The definition of priorities with business teams and proactively solving the problem.
  • Partnering with key users and business stakeholders to capture and manage the technology demands to drive TAG Heuer’s commercial goals
  • The management of all IT equipment (Network and telephony etc.) for office and boutiques.
  • Vendor and external service provider management
  • Maintain and develop required documentation under group guideline.
  • The coordination of user support activities in collaboration with IT administrator

Profile

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or an appropriate business discipline, supported by over 10 years of practical experience in a discipline related to this position.
  • Service and excellence oriented, with strong project management skills in retail industries.
  • Sense of service, rigor, dynamism, reactivity, flexibility, autonomy and organization are essential qualities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT user environment
  • Mastery of Microsoft environments: AD, Office 365, etc.
  • Experience in managing IT assets via remote control tools, inventory, image deployment, patching, antivirus.
  • Experience in managing IT support via ticketing tools (Service Now / JIRA / SCRUM)
  • Experience in network management (Routers, switches, Firewall, Wifi, VPN, WAN, AirWatch, / Workspace One) Cisco Meraki a plus
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
