Position

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

This is a critical role working in tandem with the Human Resources Manager in creating an exceptional employee experience at Louis Vuitton. As a Human Resources leader, you are accountable for driving operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle, lead innovative projects to elevate the HR practice, build strong employee relationships and engagement, recruit, develop & retain the best talent, support C&B operations, as well as building consistency and compliance into daily HR processes.

 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

  • Ensure requisition and job descriptions are created / updated
  • Lead / participate in the interview process
  • Initiate and launch new tools or creative interview formats to drive recruitment efficacy and accuracy
  • Build talent pipeline across all levels by proactively scouting and engaging top talent in the market
  • Drive employer branding initiatives

 

Talent Management

  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding process for employees; ensure the best employee experience throughout their employment life cycle
  • Support the development of talent management strategy and follow through with concrete action plans on performance management, talent development, and succession planning
  • Lead and maintain the Management Trainee program
  • Act as local ambassador to drive global talent initiatives at local market level

 

HR Operations

  • Ownership of new hires and employee changes in HRIS & LVMH talent system
  • Manage the HR system, maintain database and personnel records, ensuring data integrity
  • Assist in local training sponsorship and enrollments, coordination and logistics
  • Provide HR policy guidance and consultancy to employees and people managers
  • Contribute to the maintenance of HR Dashborad & metrics

 

Staff Engagement

  • Play a key role to develop and drive employee engagement strategy and initiatives
  • Lead committees to develop and drive staff engagement agenda
  • Support in the handling of staff grievance cases, investigations, and provide solutions

Profile

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Human Resources in a business partner capacity
  • University degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Experience in retail or service-orientated industries preferred
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • People focused, ability to build strong relationship across all levels
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Cantonese Chinese
