Position
SUMMARY
MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for a Brand Influence Manager who will be in charge of driving results-oriented execution of advocates and consumer engagement strategies. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role works closely with the marketing, Pro Artistry and e-Commerce team to build the brand's influencer strategies and plan programs and activations that align with the brand's broader vision and business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ADVOCACY
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and IGC creative campaigns
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Manage the influencers portfolio and continuously search for new successful influencers to be added to our current portfolio
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and new creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Liaise with the marketing and PRO Artistry teams to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
- Set e-business conversion strategies with the e-Commerce team
- Manage all influencer campaigns to ensure briefs are sent on time and ads are executed properly as per strategy
- Evaluating influencers campaigns performance and build weekly trackers and monthly reports
- Manage influencer marketing monitoring tools
E-PR/PR
- Foster strong relationships with top titles and editors, journalists and vertical media to help deliver brand's story in a consistent way
- Ability to package and re-package content for optimum visibility
- In charge of drafting, editing and translating press releases
- Pitch for qualitative exposure opportunities especially in digital media
EVENTING
- Lead Brand PR events and social gatherings
- Pitch PR opportunities with key partners
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Communications/Public Relations or similar field
- 5 years of professional experience. Beauty/Fashion industry is a plus
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- Digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind who can walk in the shoes of the influencers by promoting the brand in their own voice
- Demonstrable network of relevant contacts within the region
- In depth knowledge of social media industry
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with great time management skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Networking aptitude
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Fluent in English & Arabic ( written and spoken)
