Duties & Responsibilities
To drive client retention and business growth for South Asia countries and stores by providing actionable insights and supporting clienteling initiatives:
- Execute regular reports on key client KPIs to monitor performance and ensure countries are on track of objectives and ambitions
- Data mining and analysis on client profile and purchasing behaviour to identify opportunities according to business needs (e.g. new product launches, event reports, etc.)
- Client targeting and list extraction to support events and campaigns
- Provide support on Client BI tool to country teams and other departments in the zone team
- Work closely with country teams in the implementation of strategies to ensure consistent targeting strategy, sharing of best practices between markets and supporting local animations
- Monitor and enhance client data collection to ensure quality data and increase client contactability for CRM purposes
- Ensure data integrity with identifying and investigating bugs with Paris Head Office team
- Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating Client Relations Management (CRM) actions such as emailing and brochure mailing
- Provide support for any ad-hoc client development related duties as assigned
Profile
Key Requirements & Competencies
- Degree in Information System, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering
- At least 3 years in database management and marketing (luxury retail / high end hospitality a plus)
- Knowledge in data structure and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge in Java, SQL and IBM Cognos Analytics will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functional area levels and to interact at distance (with country teams)
- Independent and resourceful individual who is detail-orientated and meticulous
- Organised individual with the ability to perform under pressure & tight deadlines and deal with ambiguity
- Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas, people and procedures
