Position
- Planning and making fashion jewellery prototypes
- Designing parts, subassemblies, assemblies according to specifications, sketches, and drafts in a constructive/model-like manner
- Examining shape, dimensions and tolerances according to drafts or specifications in drawings and on the basis of technically formed models.
- Take into account technical manufacturing requirements
- Standardise parts of comparable parts
- Develop models ready for detailing, taking into account the specified production technology, given materials and technical standards, and coordinate them with the responsible departments
- Manage design changes
- Examine the feasibility and function of the design
- Further develop drafts into technical models suitable for production
- Identify or suggest possibilities for continuous improvement
- Time documentation
- Define work steps for production
Profile
- Studies/Apprenticeships as goldsmith or goldsmith master
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge in CAD for jewellery is an advantage
- German fluency, English intermediate, other languages are a plus
- Hands-on spirit
- Creative mindset
- Ability to work in team
