Position
Louis Vuitton US Manufacturing, Inc. is recruiting an experienced, solutions focused and collaborative Human Resources Manager to support our workshop in San Dimas, CA. Reporting into the Human Resources Director, this position will have accountability for employee engagement, employee relations, and providing operational support to the Production Manager.
Working collaboratively with the on-site leadership team, this pivotal role will drive the optimization of the teams to achieve business goals through strategic HR planning, change management, and organizational design. Additionally, this role will manage centralized human resources activities including performance management and talent management, as well as other deployed projects.
Profile
We are seeking individuals with a strong Human Resources generalist background and a minimum of 10 years of experience gained within an international corporate organization, ideally with previous manufacturing environment experience.
This role has both strategic as well as tactical responsibilities; therefore this role will suit an HR professional who thrives in a varied and fast paced environment with the ability to build solid professional working relationships at all levels. With significant knowledge in the principles and practices of Human Resources administration, the successful candidate will have excellent problem solving and communication skills in addition to the ability to calmly & confidently deal with conflict management. Working closely with a wide range of business partners, the ability to command and influence people is key to this role, along with a natural skill to motivate and engage people.
