Key Accountabilities:
> Close collaboration with Sephora cross-functions and internal functions to develop and carry out custom marketing plan and activities specific to Sephora including but not limited to: new product launches, animations, sampling, events, CRM and Sephora.cn
> Build in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and tracking of competitor brand activity to establish more effective programs
> Partner with internal cross-functional teams and maintain good relationships with Sephora key players to secure support
> Ensure brand image is always maintained throughout all activity

> 7 years retail management knowledge
Technical skills:
> At least 7 years relevant working experiences or previous experience in cosmetics/luxury brands. Trade marketing experience a plus.
> Proficient in retail channel, especially in non-department channel
> Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
> Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
