Position
The marketing intern will support both the PR and Marketing department. They are a flexible and agile team member that is able to work in a fast pace environment who has a go getter attitude.
Profile
Marketing & Events
- Support with in-store and virtual event logisitics from planning to execution
- Compile event recap reports, complete with best practices and learnings
- Provide ad hoc research and data analysis for Marketing specific initiatives
Public Relations
- Support with organization of the PR and Marketing sample closets as well as seasonal sample close-outs (pending office schedule)
- Work closely with NY-based PR Agency in coordinating sample movement, store consignment pulls and editor appointments
- Manage PR Agency in providing and compiling weekly + monthly sample, clipping and credit reports
- Maintain the departmental Celebrity & VIP database as well as assist with influencer strategy, research and data analysis
Skills Required:
- 1-2 years of relevant agency or in-house Fashion PR, Marketing or Events experience (internship or full-time)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform duties in an efficient and timely manner
- Comfort in managing and navigating interdepartmental systems and processes
