Position

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Project Manager, Global Campaigns is responsible for building and managing all campaign timelines, ensuring resource workflow in accordance with timelines. Partnering cross-functionally with Global Creative, Global Marketing, senior level executives, etc., the Project Manager, Global Campaigns runs bi-weekly status meetings, following up on hot-topics and next steps in order to facilitate flow of information between teams. The Project Manager, Global Campaigns will have a keen eye when it comes to assessing and escalating risks in order to keep projects and respective tasks on track.

The Project Manager, Global Campaigns has an excitement and passion for not only Project Management, but for the Creative world and partnering with creatives. A strategic and effective written and verbal communicator, the Project Manager, Global Campaigns has the strong ability to hold partners at all levels accountable for their piece to the puzzle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Edit timelines accordingly to mitigate workload inefficiencies or key milestone/OCD changes
  • Evolve process as needed based on changing needs of individual teams or the collective, and gradually increase the time between asset release and on-counter-date through the condensing of tasks/inefficiencies
  • Create and manage smaller scale processes/timelines that don't go across the full 360, such as special days toolkits or CSR initiatives
  • Schedule and organize monthly campaign reviews with exec team and create agendas and presentation decks for cross-functional partners
  • Bridge gaps between NPD and Campaign processes in relation to both packaging and copy
  • Schedule/support intermittent check-ins with each cross functional team in relation to their most pressing tasks
  • Assess and align on high priorities with leadership and amongst teams
  • Schedule quarterly briefing meetings based on Campaign Calendar by Market and provide teams with key milestones pertinent to their briefs
  • Workfront administrator: add and delete users, create reports and dashboards, create/edit Kanban boards for certain teams
  • Work with Regulatory in the management of master copy validation as it pertains to Campaign storytelling

  • How to build and modify timelines in Workfront (timeline application), as well as assign and track tasks through reports within Workfront
  • Develop strong working partnerships with key cross-functional partners
  • Understand the fresh campaign process

  • In-depth knowledge of Workfront timeline building
  • In-depth knowledge of Workfront reports
  • Full command of Campaign process
  • Full ownership/leadership of Campaign meetings

Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management of digital and campaigns projects required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Working experience with project management and workflow tools.
  • User knowledge of specifically Workfront timeline application a plus
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others
  • Demonstrated time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
