The Supply Chain Team of Louis Vuitton is committed to maximize client satisfaction, stock efficiency and top-line results. On top of being able to source, make, plan and deliver, the mission of Supply Chain Team is to react in the most efficient way to unpredictable events or to support unexpected sales results.

The Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for the fulfilment of client orders, and its proper execution by the Distribution Center or the stores from all countries. He or she is also responsible of the follow-up of stock rebalancing between stores and countries, the reverse logistics of the Ready-to-wear, Shoes, Watches and Jewelry product categories, across the region. She/he is also in charge of reporting on the conversion rate of client orders and return rate of the countries. Rolling out our omni channel strategy, this position is at the center of our evolution.


Duties and Responsibilities

Client Order Fulfillment

  • Daily review and answer to store orders, fulfilling, filtering, or prioritizing them according to the strategy discussed with the rest of the Supply Chain team
  • Ensure fast answer to stores with accurate information and timely deliveries
  • Liaise with Central and regional counterparts, as well as Retail and Merchandising, to gather the necessary input for fulfilment
  • Challenge countries/stores on their orders to optimize sell-through
  • Adapt the processes and tools to manage the high volumes of orders within an ever-evolving business
  • Provide reporting on conversion rate

Reverse Logistics

  • Decide on best sourcing location of client orders
  • Challenge countries on their return efficiency
  • Manage the orders and communication of the end-of-season reverse

Additional information

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in Operations Management or Supply Chain 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft (particularly Excel)
  • Familiarity with SAP / Power BI as a plus
  • Excellent written communication
