For the Dior fall-winter 2024-2025 collection, Artistic Director Maria Grazia Chiuri reinterprets the Miss Dior line. Introduced in 1967 by Marc Bohan and designed by Philippe Guibourgé, Miss Dior debuted ready-to-wear at the already storied couture house.

The new Miss Dior looks were presented against the backdrop of a décor conceived by Indian artist Shakuntala Kulkarni, exploring the female body and its relationship to different spaces. Every bit as conquering and sophisticated as the forms in armor at the center of the runway, the silhouettes play with fluidity. The Miss Dior logo becomes a manifesto-signature, emblazoned in hand-painted style on miniskirts or in gilded letters on pumps. In a reworked monogram it imparts rhythm to a shirt dress. The wardrobe of these independent women includes double cashmere, as well as gabardine and denim – clothes that facilitate movement, and boots that convey a powerful allure.

A concise palette of beige, white and blues is joined by leopard print, vibrant checks and luminous nuances. Jewel-like tunics reveal the skin while radiant fringes undulate with each step. Gilded beads and buttons resonate with jewelry while pearls and embroidery boldly emphasize the movement of long dresses. The new generation Miss Dior is the emblem of an autonomous, free and creative femininity.
