Position
The essential job duties:
- To present the collection and share the Dior dream with the clients
- To provide excellent service to our clients
- To sell actively and promote the Dior collection
- To maintain CRM system and partner with Client Development Manager to prepare for one to one session with clients
- To build and maintain long term relationships with clients
- To be involved in stock management and support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.

a. Education & Professional Qualifications - O Levels and above b. Work Experience : - previous experience in sales, customer service and customer relation industry c. Skills : - excellent inter-personal and communication skills - excellent customer service - fluent in English - basic computer skills - a professional image with good sales presentation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients d. Qualities : - sales driven - result-oriented - good team player - confident and motivated - excellent work ethics - passion for retail - ability to handle stress - possess excellent fashion sense and trend awareness
