To mark International Women’s Day 2024, LVMH is launching EllesVMH Collective, its digital mentoring program to support women’s careers and connect all the talents across the different functions and Maisons around the world. With EllesVMH Collective, the Groupe will leverage technology to enable connections across our ecosystem and scale up access to the opportunity of mentoring to women across the Group.

More than 15 years ago, Chantal Gaemperle launched the EllesVMH initiative to support women’s professional development.
