More than 15 years ago, Chantal Gaemperle launched the EllesVMH initiative to support women’s professional development. It focuses on parity, with an objective of reaching 50% women in Group Key Positions, equity, by ensuring and monitoring salary equity, and transmission, by leveraging the collective power of the growing EllesVMH Networks worldwide.
