To celebrate Gender Equity and Women’s History Month, LVMH is pleased to present an exclusive interview between LVMH athlete, Marie Patouillet, French paracyclist and Chantal Gaemperle, LVMH Group Executive Vice President Human Resources and Synergies.  Marie is a Vice-World-Champion paracyclist and bronze medalist at the Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020, but also a fervent advocate of equity in disabled sports who publicly campaigns against sexism and lesbophobia to raise awareness and inspire younger generations. 

In this interview, Marie Patouillet sheds light on her commitment to Gender Equity and Inclusion in sports, which are also cardinal values at LVMH, that  Chantal Gaemperle highlights through EllesVMH, the initiative for women’s professional development.
